Collection companies trying to collect on old bankrupt accounts

We have notice that a large amount of our customers are ording their records because collection agencies are trying to collect on bankrupt accounts that are over 10 years old.

Bankruptcy Laws changed in October 2005, just in time for the mortgage crunch, people are now stuck in beweeen a rock and a hard spot.
